RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within the first 24 hours of purchase for physical items, as long as your order has not been shipped out yet. Otherwise, all sales are final and we do not offer returns or exchanges (unless items are arrived damaged). Please email pita@pitachan.shop if you need to make a cancellation. No cancellations are accepted for digital items such as patterns.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Once the proof of the damage is received, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, we may choose to either replace or refund the item.

In case of any dispute, Pitachan will have the final decision.
