Thank you for visiting my commission page. Each handmade item is a labor of love and made with utmost care. By commissioning Pitachan, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Commission Waitlist:

  • Sign up for a commission waitlist here. The commission is first come first served. You may commission as many items as you would like (no limit). You will not be contacted until your turn on the waitlist is reached. See later section for acceptable commission types (No human character). Please note that the artist has the right to decline commissions if the the complexity of the design surpasses their comfort zone.

2. Design Approval:

  • You will be provided with a concept sketch for approval before actual commission begins. The final products may differ slightly from the sketch. Work-in-progress pictures will not be provided. Due to the nature of the craft, revisions are not accepted.

3. Payment:

  • Full payment is due prior to the start of the commission. Payment plan is also available at the checkout. Payment will only be collected once your turn on the waitlist is reached. Commissions cannot be cancelled after commission process has started.

4. Timeframe:

  • Commission may take anywhere from 1 to 8 weeks to make per item depending on complexity (excluding waitlist and shipping time). Rush order will not be accepted.

5. Shipping:

  • Regular shipping policies apply. All packages are shipped with tracking and insurance. 
  • Free U.S. shipping on orders of $35 or more. U.S. shipping cost is usually around $5 but may vary depending on the item size and your location.
  • Free international shipping on orders of $125 or more. International shipping is usually around $15-25 but may vary depending on the item size and your location.

6. Refund:

  • In the worst case scenario where you are not happy with the final result, you may choose to NOT receive the item in exchange for 50% refund on your payment. Shipping cost will be fully refunded (if any). Full refund is not possible to compensate for materials, labor, and time.

7. Contact:

  • Please only contact pitachanofficial@gmail.com in case of questions or concerns regarding your commission. Conversation through social media direct message (DM) is difficult to track so details may be lost.

Only animal or inanimate character designs are accepted at this moment (no human character). Price increases with design complexity.

Pin:

  • Price starts at $15
  • Height: approx. 1 inch tall
  • Made with high-quality embroidery thread

Head only character:

  • Price starts at $25
  • Height: 1 to 2 inches tall (without a keychain)
  • Made with high-quality embroidery thread

Full-body character:

  • Price starts at $55
  • Height: 2 to 3 inches tall (without a keychain)
  • Made with high-quality embroidery thread

Dango (Inspired by Japanese rice dumplings on skewer):

  • Double dango (starts at $55)
  • Triple dango (starts at $75)
  • Height: 3.5 to 5 inches tall (without a keychain)
  • Made with high-quality embroidery thread

Round plush:

  • Price starts at $30
  • Height: approx. 5 inches tall
  • Made with soft and high-quality chunky yarn

Full-body plush:

  • Price starts at $65
  • Height: 5 to 7 inches tall
  • Made with cotton/acrylic yarn

Add-on Accessories:

  • Keychain can be added to head only, full-body character, or dango for additional $2. 
  • 1.5 inch circular acrylic base can be added to full-body character for additional $2
  • Velvet scrunchie can be added to head only character for additional $3.
